All games are managed via the OfficialsHQ Platform, with umpire payments administered by the Southern Umpires Association (SUA). Payments are deposited automatically every fortnight on Thursday, pending bank clearance.
Please ensure your bank details are correct and that you have confirmed your appointment(s) on OfficialsHQ before submitting a pay enquiry. Pay enquiries should only be lodged where a genuine discrepancy remains after you have completed all relevant troubleshooting checks.
